You have questions, we’ve got answers! And also, some handy tips so you can get the most out of your festival experience!
What to bring?
There will be sampling cups on site, as well as mugs that can be purchased, but we do encourage you to bring your favourite travel mug or small cup. We also encourage patrons to bring a water bottle (you’ll be able to fill them up on site, and we will have a water station/water backpack circulating the event).
We also encourage you to bring a tote bag (there will be Coffee Right YOW ones at the merch tent if you forget or want a sweet souvenir), as you may want a nice bag to fill with all the coffee bags, treats and accessories you may want to buy and bring home with you!
All vendors will be accepting all forms of payment, but cash is also accepted, so whatever is best for your festival needs!
Will there be sampling cups?
Roasters will be provided with sampling cups to hand out to those who want to sample some sweet brews. We encourage patrons to reuse their cups when possible. You are also encouraged to bring your favourtie small cup or travel mug. There will also be branded Coffee Right YOW mugs on site for purchase at very affordable prices day of the event.
Will there be merch available?
There will be some sweet Coffee Right YOW merch (mugs, shirts, and tote bags) at the Info/merch tent, and some of the roaster vendors will have some sweet merch of their own on sale!
How to sign up for Brewhaha Comp?
To sign up for our Brewhaha Comp, where competitors have to brew coffee with random kitchen items, send us an email or visit the Info/Merch tent day of the event.
